As much as I've always been a fan of Deion Sanders, as much as I have always enjoyed him as a fan. As an Educator, watching his talks with his teams, Coach Prime is teaching sooo much more than just football. He's giving these young men life skills. He's speaking life into them, he's speaking manhood to them and that's powerful and last longer than their college football years. See , regardless of which University athletes play for, only a few will make it to the NFL. But whether they make it or not, what Coach Prime is giving them will carry them through the various stages of life, especially the young men who have not been fathered. And for that I say God bless you Coach Prime.

I'm not typically a fan of Stephen A. Smith, but his interview with Coach Prime is genuinely impressive. He humanizes him effectively. Despite all the noise and Coach Prime's success in Colorado thus far, Stephen wanted to remind people of the challenges Coach Prime has faced, including enduring 12 surgeries and losing two toes to amputation. So, I hope those who wish to see Coach Prime fail will reconsider and give him a chance. He's a great example of the quote, 'You laugh and cry and struggle, and sometimes you fail, and sometimes you succeed.' Let him be who he is, and let's offer our support. There's so much to appreciate in Colorado!

He's gone as soon as his kids are. Aint fooling nobody. Colorado is a stepping stone that had to pool money from boosters to afford his salary. There's plenty of big jobs waiting in the wings to see if he can (re)build a program.

This was fun to watch. We were at Saturday's game against Nebraska. The energy and excitement was amazing and 100% positive on Colorado. The fans are all in for Coach Prime and the Colorado Buffs

How can you not love this man and appreciate what he's doing bringing all races together thru fanfare and football

The beautiful part, about Deion being how he is while going through what he’s gone through physically, is that it shows his young men that there are no excuses on the path to greatness

Prime is making money for the school, money for the players, but most of all, he's making memories for all the students on that campus and the fans who've been thru the dark days, and I personally think that's one of his his most important contributions in all of this.

Deion is displaying a master class in leading men. Each one of the young men on his team, support staff, etc. are experiencing a betterment of their life, their mental health, and their purpose. He's doing the simple blocking and tackling to make sure these young men have strong minds, comport themselves with character, and allow themselves to achieve. He's coaching their mind, and letting the rest of his staff handle the details and use that well shaped and conditioned mind to go out and experience success and achievement, which feeds their self esteem and then the cycle repeats. So many coaches/leaders focus on the Xs and Os but if you focus on the human being, the rest will take care of itself.

So many great athletes can not coach but Dion has his two sons and he’s coaching…. Great job so far and I hope for the best.

The smile on his face when they began the question about Shedeur says it all!!!

Man so many people forget Prime is a talker but this man always backs up what he says as a player and a coach. This is who he is and it’s great for the sport of college football

I as, with a mind of "Family nurtured admonition, of Coach Jay's mother, for instilling in him..."THAT SPECIFIC ADMONISHMENT , for when speaking to other, such as..(Take off you hat, and glasses, if wearing any). Yet, that's a trait of honor/respect, etc, that HIS MOTHER TAUGHT HIM, which doesn't PERCIPATE disrespect, that he MAY FEEL, Deion is giving, and or promoting. One has to measure one's statement's, with moral, religious, or SELF BELIEF standards, not what one feels is an, "earthly, religious, moralistic, etc..measure of a standard.. UNTO OTHERS. Should someone because of ME in THIER PRESCENCE, take of their hat and shades..AT THE BEACH, when Im speaking with him/her/them. What about, when I'm in my car at a traffic stop, talking across to them, from my car., and so on and son and so on? Jay failed to bring about the what is the failure to observe standards or show due honesty or modesty; improper language, behavior, or character, while having GLASSES AND A HAT ON, inclusively?

Deion just look truly happy, he enjoys being out in boulder and as a Denver native? I’m truly happy to see us slowly become the face of college football

Yep... My dad was a coach for 27+ years and folks often wondered how he was always able to have the most discipline team that loved and respected him as if he was their dad...without ever cursing at them!

Prime is such a "real" dude. He speaks from the heart and it touches you, that is a talent. I'm taking his words to heart in this moment while I'm going through it. "Why me?" was something I would always say to myself whenever things go wrong for me, which seems to be all the time. But hearing Deion talk about what he went through and never saying those words, that hits hard in "here"

Deion understands the assignment...his authenticity, and love of the game radiates like the sun...his confidence and obvious leadership is palpable...he connects because he cares...when you're a real leader...you don't have to make your team follow you...they choose to follow you!...Deion sets the example...not even complaining about multiple surgeries...instead just continuing to pour into others...it's definitely "Prime Time!!!"🏈⌚🕒🕰️under Deion's tutelege...his team not only win at games...they win in life!!🏆

How can you not love Deion Sanders?!

He was spitting this whole interview. That comment “If I saw why me to this, I have to say why me to that”. To have accomplished that much and be so grounded is amazing.

They are so fun to watch. Coach Prime's energy is contagious.

This is what more young boys need a leader and someone who can inspire them to do great things. Bravo Deion, keep making the haters mad!

Of course way to go Deion…he never disappoints…been a fan since FSU. But hats off to the Colorado Athletic Director…what an epic call seeking out and hiring Deion. You saw it before everyone else (of course no one will admit that now). What these two and their staffs have done has literally changed the entire future of Colorado University. When is the last time anyone outside of Colorado even mentioned the Buffalos. This school will have such a talent rich recruitment now …the future is very bright. Way to go!
