개인적으로도 참 좋아하는 꽃이에요.
연일 차가운 날씨의 긴 겨울, 데이지꽃으로 봄을 불러오고 싶었어요.
싱그러운 라임색 아이싱에 긴 줄기를 그리고 데이지꽃으로 장식해 데이지케이크를 완성했어요.
유산지 위에 파이핑한 꽃은 냉장 또는 냉동실에서 굳혀준 후 유산지를 제거하고 케이크에 붙여 사용한답니다.
