This used to be one of my favorite songs to shoot to. I'd sit in my car and turn it up as loud as I could. Load me up a huge hit and just leave earth for 6 mins and 33 seconds. I am 1 year clean now, but this song still takes me to an extremely "high" place. I'll never go back to life as it was while using but f*ck I can still feel that running through my veins.

As a Tool fan I was oblivious to Deftones aside from Change. Wow, what a fantastic collaboration. MJK's voice, powerful, hypnotic, resonates with such intensity. The tones and textures of the music alone are tremendous, coupled with those seething and soaring vocals puts this as one of my favorites, albeit regretfully a tad late to the proverbial party.

Two people living together. A couple. One is the driver, one is the passenger. For me it’s about addiction to another person. To be exposed to whatever the driver wants to do. Maybe I’m biased because I was in a toxic relationship, but this song resonates a lot with the psychological Scars I got from that.
