This comment is exactly what I thought. I experienced Deftones only one, in 1997 in Amsterdam (their first European concert ever). Around the fur was just released. I had the time of my life back then visiting concerts and festivals. Damn, I miss that period but I still have the memories and they mean so much to me.

I remember hearing this song two years ago on the TV. I didn't know the name of either the song or the band at the time, and I wracked by brains just trying to think of it. Randomly, one day in a music store over two hundred miles away from where I live, I heard it again. I ran up to the desk and asked the dude working there what the song was called. He told me and I bought every single Deftones album they had. I forgot this song for a while, but I'm glad I remembered it. So much memories.

I just covered this song yesterday with some friends!! Amazing tune yet, the vocal parts are quite tough even for someone with screaming experience go deftones!!

The ad for this video was totally worth the wait.

I keep coming back to listening to that song every time I feel down and out. I've moved away from nu metal ages ago but I can still reminisce about a 15-year-old me, 1st day of highschool in France, fraught with both anger and angst, spinning that tune nonstop on my way to school dreading whatever it was that awaited me. The Deftones helped me keep my sanity and I'm massively grateful now for it that I'm 35. This will surely be a drop in an hugely deep ocean of comments, but I needed to get that off my chest.

I remember the first time I heard them play. I was in Baton Rouge LA at a place called the Varsity. They opened up for 311, which was who we came to see. Before then I had no clue who the were. After the show, I ran over to the front of the bar and bought their cassette, Adrenaline. The rest is history.

My all time favorite Deftones jam. It's simple and stays almost completely away from the Chino hushed up singing he favors on like every other song, and instead the dude intentionally destroys his voice. A strong message, in the lyrics, to be incredibly careful with your devotion, too. One of the greatest first tracks of any record.

I loved this sound so much I tattooed the lyrics on my arm. Worship play play. Worship!

most of the deftones songs are bordering on death metal which are made for noise and not for enjoyment they sure do have some really good songs though and i like to read (this is their best song)on every single video. the problem with finding the best one is that each has a truly great beginning can you really say that one song of theirs is the best when they all rock so greatly despite all of that i think this has got to be the best

I love this song, but the "chorus" kind of kills it...it sounds like filler. All I can hear in it is "Whacha...GALAANG, GALAANG. Whacha. GALAANG." Those verses are gorgeous, though.

stop talking about religion on youtube, especially on a deftones song . I'm an atheist ..so what? I don't say to ppl gods doesn't exist and I'm expecting that other ppl not to say that they do...stop spreading the "word" of god,allah,or whatever by mass-media cuz in our days religion is about economy,money...the religions in our days is a business and religions should bring inner peace and world peace no war between religions.
