Lyrics:
You move like I want to
To see like your eyes do
We are downstairs
Where no one can see
New life break away
Tonight, I feel like more
Tonight, I
You make the water warm
You taste foreign
And I know you can see
The cord break away
'Cause tonight I feel like more
Tonight I feel like more
Feel like more
Tonight
You breathed, then you stopped
I breathed, then dried you off
And tonight I feel
Feel like more
Oh, tonight I feel like
Feel like more
Tonight I feel like more
Feel like more
Tonight

Diversity in musical tastes is what it's all about. Closing in on 51, myself, and still like _new_ music, happen to have loved Deftones since my 30s (saw them twice) but like all sorts of genres, classical(!), jazz, hip-hop, R&B, rap. Metal, classic rock, punk, industrial, grunge. Etc. Digital Bath means you're not just skimming the radio-popular songs, this is a true fan favorite. You're doing it right. (Although I am a huge fan of "Change [in the House of Flies]" it's probably one of my most favorite songs of any genre or band! And it's probably Deftones most radio-friendly.)
White Pony is such an amazing album. If it dropped in 2020 it would still sound fresh. Deftones somehow managed to blend post-hardcore, glitch electronica, groove metal, and dream pop into one mix and it worked. Very underrated, but adding Frank Delgado to the band really open up their playbook on what they could accomplish musically too.

Every time I hear this song it brings me back to a very specific night.. It was around 3am and winding down after a fun crazy night of partying with some friends. We were so amped and going off in the night, then this song comes on and we all shut up comfortably through the whole thing. brewed, feeling good and smoking some cigs looking up at the stars in the silky black sky. We all just listened. That's what Deftones will do to you.

Dude I was at the gym one day and saw this amazingly beautifully chick and I was very attracted to her and as soon as she turned her body I saw Deftones self-titled album cover on her shoulder. I go up to her and ask her of it was Deftones and she was so intrigued that someone liked them as much as she did. I then got extremely nervous and awkwardly said bye to her. I regret not asking for her name at least because the next day the gyms were shutdown.

This song always reminds me of that one night back in high school after leaving a party by the lake and stoned and just riding in the car without my glasses on and seeing the street lights blurred and leaving traces in the dark.

I have over 5000 songs on my PC and I always have it on shuffle. But everytime Deftones comes up regardless of the song I always take a trip on memory lane by listening to the whole album. White Pony is by far my favorite album of any band and always brings back great memories.
The late 90s/early 2000s era had some special vibe in terms of art. From movies to music, existential angst and depression were regular themes back then. I don't know, I must be feeling nostalgic again, but I can't find any new band or movie that gives me that exact sensation, and I looked for it everywhere. This song (and album) belong to that beautiful past.
This will always be my favorite song
I found my soulmate, the one and only at my 42 yo. this is her favorite song and that explains one of the many reasons cause she's the one ...love u for ever and ever A.
The 90s the generation will always be the coolest man have times changed for the bad!!!! It's so hard to outdo the 90s!!!! I'm stuck in that era !!!!!!

is incredible when the music idea can make us cry or feeling high emotions
The nostalgia from this makes me want to cry. It’s so visceral. Deftones albums playing as a steady soundtrack throughout my youth into adulthood; the excitement, the passion, the mischief, the lows and losses, as well as the stagnant states of feeling stuck. They’ve played through all of it. I stopped listening to music for a few years now as I’ve lost most of the people closest to me far too soon and the music associated with the time spent with them only makes the grief harder. But every once in a while, I can come back and listen. I can feel the good, the warm nostalgia, the excitement, passion, and thrill of a good life lived recklessly and wild, packed full to the brim, never knowing that those nights would live on in my memories forever. I can feel the cool air on my face with my eyes closed tightly as we drive fast into the night and my hair is everywhere, and we’re all singing so loud our vocal chords hurt, our faces hurt from smiling, and we laugh anyways because everything in that moment feels so good. I’m able to melt into that place again, closing my eyes tight, feeling the music so intensely that everything- the pain of losing so many friends and lovers so young, the struggles I’ve put myself through as well, all of the hardships, it’s all been worth battling just because I got to have so many unforgettable moments with so many amazing people along the way while this incredible music made us fall in love with our lives. They may all be gone, but the music will never die, and it carries a bit of all of us. Like a phone line to the other side, where I can still enjoy those memories with the people I miss, just by replaying the song.
My dream about Deftones brought me here.
This song always gives me the feels
one of the best drum beats, makes the track
The best Deftones song for me
White pony when it released in 2000 seemed to be ahead of its time but also perfect for its time. The aesthetics and atmosphere surrounding this record is unlike anything I’ve ever seen or heard
