Deformed/Cartoon GB Reveal: The Mean Machine from Wacky Races
Ойын-сауық
Final assembly and reveal of the MPC 1/25 Mean Machine, with Dick Dastardly and Muttley. My entry for the 2022 Deformed/Cartoon Group Build hosted by Papa Dan and Col. Reb. This was a lot of fun! Basically a low part-count snap together toy that I painted to look like the one in the cartoon. Heading right back to WWII builds for a while! #modelbuilding #scalemodel
Hope you enjoy! Be well and happy modeling.

Thank you Edward I always appreciate you watching. One of a 100 Hanna Barbara offerings in the 60-70s. I caught the syndication run in the mid-late 70s. They make 3 more of the 11 cars. Have a great day mate

Thank you PapaDan! This was a lot of fun, as many others have said it was stress-free and so many other cool builds going on to enjoy. Will do. Cheers
Looks really great. Lifelong fan of Wacky Races. Were the Dastardly and Muttley figures difficult to paint? I imagine they would be, especially with Dastardly's hat being stripey, but you did a fab job. Would love to see you do the rest of kits in the series. Matthew

Thank you Matthew! Yeah, I guess the more complicated painting was his hat as it tapers to the center. Appreciate that! I might have to to try some of the others. They seems to make 3 others. Be well!
