prof.n.dhang said that in last classes he will design whole building(slab ,beam,column footing),but there is no video for building design.....this is not fear ,i hv watched all 1-30 lecture pls make a video for it..

Sir, thankyou for your wonderful video. I have one doubt on DL. If I have 3m soil load on the beam, then the entire soil load will be treated as DL on beam or not for calculation of deflection of beam. Please clarify , Thankyou.

Somewhere in the lecture series sir has mentioned imposed dead loads I think you may consider it as dead load

why in finding Igr equation used is bd3/3 instead of bd3/12.?

I used bd³/12 for solving my problem.

@@isaacpulamte8267 @ankit Upadhyay Since the top of the rectangle is the centroidal axis.. it's all the same. bd^3/12 is about the centroid of the rectangle. we have to shift it using parallel axis theorem. its bd^3/12 + bd(dy)^2 which for a rectangle about the base comes to bd^3/3 Hope its clear now.
you made mistake while writing the formula of Ir at 28:12 its bx^3/2 you have written bx^2/2 causing me 4 hours to figure out my mistake in the formula.
