I use 1.0.8 defintive sky box before this but I remove this and install yours sky DE mod pack and I have 3gb ram phone with 2gb-4gb virtual ram also

That is the problem of your *phone* if it is low-end but your device is not low-end than there is chance that your *txd tool* is not importing texture properly because texture size is very high
