Thanks for the video. It is very helpful. The calculation of seismic coefficient has changed drastically in the revised edition of NBC i.e. NBC 105:2020. Please make its video as well. Also, I do have confusion on 'Building height exponent' in user coefficient method and the distribution of lateral load along the height of the building.

Can you please provide the reference that when to use approximate time period, program calculated or user defined?

there will be difference because we give value approximately but program calculated is much more than approximation
