I bought 3 of these. How do I rekey the locks so I have one master key?

How do I reverse the lock every time I had unlock it locks it

Hi. Nothing happens at the "check installation" step. Just keeps circling around on the screen. I exit out and it has the lock listed but cannot open or close it and most of the settings are not responsive. How do I fix this? I've followed the direction in the video but it is not working. thanks.

How do I know when the battery is close to being empty? I don't see any battery indicator on the app. Thanks!

Ita not happeneing. The screws dont go all the way inside at 1:01 minute in the video. It just stays out and dont go all the way inside and hence the padlock stays loose. How to proceed

Just buy longer screws with similar threads.

Not installed correctly theres some long screws that come with it thata not even secured right!!
