Those cognitive tests he is talking about are a sham. They are designed to detect paralysis, hemiplegia, hemineglect. These doctors would never actually administer a dementia test or an IQ test. They just give him the wrong tests so he can "ace them". They basically consist in "drawing a clock at a specific time", super basic stuff. Again they are meant to detect emergent drastic events like cerebral infarction. They are not meant for defending a president's competency.

Biden's family crimes, even if absolutely guilty as sin, are the sort of crimes that our entire system is and has been perfectly fine letting the elite get away with nonstop for generations. Not defending it, just saying Biden's not being accused of anything that most/all of the US political system isn't also guilty of and thus opening themselves to backlash if they actually went after it. The only one that NEEDS a pardon for their given list of crimes and court trials is Trump. Because the crimes Trump's being accused are kinda outside that normal "accepted" level of corruption our system's fine with. Only one of those is actually pardon-needing, and it's "the one's that would actually be prosecutable for an American rich person."

To be 💯% fair, he wasn't quite this bad, but it was still glaringly obvious there was an issue, a cognitive decline back in 2019. The human ability for self delusion is amazingly well developed. We are all guilty of it from time to time on all sorts of subjects. But this mass delusion had everything to do with exaggerated fear and deep, deep hatred of Trump. People, en mass, allowed their emotions to control their brain to a large degree. If they were being objective and rational, they would have seen Biden's compromised state. But the horror (in their eyes) of another Trump term was too great. Fear makes people easier to manipulate.

He is a mediocre president at his best, most of the time he is sub par, but the propaganda built around him in order for him to beat Trump in 2020 has caused a delusion about him from his supporter that is very far from reality. He failed to deliver, has been political divisive, and his populist agenda is one sided and does not consider the country as a whole, just his party's extreme base. Every issue he focused on has been issues that pertain to a very small subset of society and does not help the country as a whole. Not to mention when he fails to deliver, he just lies about it and dismisses everyday people's complaint about the hardships that they are going through.

The media charges Trump with lying when he says that 98 percent of Israelis support him. 98 percent is an exaggeration, but it is true that a very large percentage of Israelis support him. Biden's lies in contrast are actual lies and in many cases real whoppers. He said that the Norder Patrol supported him. That is a lie and a real whopper because the BP hates him--largely because he opened the border and created a crisis--and Biden lies about both of those. More whoppers.

Agreed . My husband was diagnosed with dementia a few years ago . Yesterday he asked the same question 3 times . He had to be told what appt we were going to that day several times . He’s watching a tv series he just watched yesterday.. he doesn’t know what day it is even though I start every day with ‘good morning , it’s xday the xth of July ‘ .. he still knows who president is . He hasn’t used my name in a week or so. He knows who I am though . Joe is where my husband is . Time to go Joe , take the keys Jill !
