I think these drills would be better coach if u gave the players different colored shirts so we can see the moves easier. I flicked on one of your drills and was confused as I couldn't work out what the girl player was actually doing. If u are going to run video's on skills etc.. get 2 sets of shirts. Actual drills excellent
