@@abby4027 EDB and lawyer you know have both said that if she is found to not have hit him, she cannot be charged with the drunk driving either. Because it's connected to the crime itself. The jury instructions were confusing, but no murder/manslaughter means not guilty to all.

Mr. Jackson made me want to be a defense lawyer he was magnificent. She is not guilty!
defence tells the truth. prosecution is a pack of lies.
Can you express that same skepticism in cases where the defendant doesn't look like you Miss??? LOL

fwiw, this case has been the best tool for red pilling normies on police and judicial corruption. if they are doing this to a upper middle class white woman, how many thousands of minorities with public defenders does she represent? it has helped me get thru to ppl, on how many times an innocent person may have no choice but to plea... and how that impact is obviously disparate across class and race

We need nationwide police and judicial reform. i think this could honestly be a unifying bipartisan reform effort across the nation.
So when she gets off, is the prosecutor going to try the cops for the murder they committed, or is the case going "cold."
It’s not a set up. It’s a cover up. There is a difference.

Yeah, the difference is when you deliberately set-up someone to take the blame, it's a set up.
P did not meet its burden.
Riiiight! With what I heard and saw during this trial (I have not been following in the media I'm watching it along with Emily D Baker and the law nerds) anyways I have one question ⁉️ how in the living God did she ever get indicted in this case ⁉️ That closing argument from Jackson yesterday holy guacamole 👏🏽
Thank youuu Ashley!! Pure and simple logic. That's all!! 🌟👍👍👍
When is the verdict? ..
You all this woman Jennifer have yo admit in the stand that she was saying as a question, she say do I hitting him.? Can I hit him.? She was confront with her own testimony, the previous testimony she give...
I completely disagree with this! The prosecution did a much better job and the defense didn't spend enough time expounding on Reasonable Doubt and instead focused on the cover up which is a hard sell. Even though there are some holes in missing pieces in what seems to be both sides story, you just can't get around the fact that she reversed at 24 mph at the time in which he most likely died. Nobody goes that fast reversing.
😶🌫️
It's not that crazy. Get with reality ladies.
In my opinion from what I have heard it is that she killed him in cold blood! She’s guilty as the day is long!
