Do you think that every image of the leak should be banned off every platform and the people posting them should be banned? I think that is what should happen for CP, but that shouldn't in this case because it's not the same. Vaush is fucking weird and a creep for looking at that shit, but I'm not going to equate it to CP because it diminishes how bad CP is.

I think we can both agree that lolly stuff of actual children that exist in real life is a bit different than fictional characters that have never existed. if you want to say that sexual images drawn of actual children is the same as fictional characters you can do that I'm not going to die on that hill.

Actually, the in the Zelda clip, Vaush explains it after the clip cuts away, and I think you got it completely backwards. He's saying that while it COULD have positive consequences (like how k111ing a random person could have positive consequences, if this person would become Hitler 2 otherwise), this possibility doesn't exuse the action, because it leads to bad outcomes generally. So, in his opinion, there could be a family with 3 kids, and the wife is still madly in love with the husband 20 years later, and happy, and their life is great. But if this family started when she was 16 and he was 35, it's still immoral and messed up.

Couple of things to keep in mind regarding this. When people talk about loli, most people assume that the images in question have pre-pubescent girls in them, which is not true in this case. All the anime girls have generic anime faces, breasts and wide hips. If you've seen the images, the worst thing you can say about them is that some of them could be teenagers, but even that is debatable since all anime characters tend to look the same regardless of their age. If you say that a couple of those images is a bit sussy, that's fair criticism. But if you say that it's clear CP, that's not accurate at all. Regarding the confusing out of context clips that H3H3 has been spreading... Vaush has already addressed pretty much all of them. Just watch his video called: "addressing the allegations". In that video he shows the clips in context and explains what he was trying to say. If you care about the truth at all, the least you can do is watch that video. That's all I have to say about this.

What exactly is out of context about them? I hear this a lot, but I followed Vaush for quite some time from his Irishladdie days to after the fallout with Destiny. I don't really see much of the context missed. Ethan even did a follow up video - Vaush won't talk about it with him. One of the characters, if I recall, was an anime character that was a teenager. I haven't looked at the images nor do I want to, so I could be wrong about that. Loli um, P, (KZread sucks) is illegal where I live, so I'm just going by what I've heard. I don't think he's a, that word (KZread sucks), he's just a creep. I dunno how else to describe him.

His original point was that both child slavery and CP are terrible and should be banned, but unforunately our society silently accepts child slavery even though both of them should be banned. The way he phrased that argument was very dumb and he admits that. But that doesn't change the fact that every single time Vaush has talked about these issues he has clearly stated that CP is bad and should be banned. You can't possibly say that he defends CP when he says that. Other than that, he's said some dumb edgy jokes in the past, but so has Ethan. Ethan Klein has literally said that he would like to get down with a chld sx doll. It was obviously a terrible joke, just like some of the stuff that Vaush has said. But I already gave you the name of the video where Vaush goes through all of these out of context clips and shows the context and explains what he meant. The name of the video is "addressing the allegations". Just watch that video.

This is absurd. I’m familiar with anime and there is a clear difference between an anime depiction of a girl and of a woman. And if there isn’t a clear distinction that’s a problem!

Imo the goblin point was that goblin women aren’t drawn to be children like and are just short in which case it’s pretty easy to not see someone who is short with disproportionate tits and ass as not a child like drawing even though loli can actually extend to that. Like dungeon meshi the main goddess is classified as a loli even though to me she looks nothing like one tbh

Uhhhhhhh, I'm not gonna lie. Americans shouldn't be surprised at an age of consent being lower than 18, considering the frequency of child marriages in the states. Age of consent under 18 means that a 16 yo can sleep with a 16 year old. Adults sleeping with kids, which is horrible, is luckily still illegal, for obvious reasons.

Actually age of consent in some places is 16 which does mean that a 20+ yo can sleep with a 16 yo. I am not going to get into the morality but if you look at the laws in the state I live in the age of consent is 16 and that means a 25 yo can get with a 16 yo and it's legal but my state also has consent laws for 15 yo where you can be 3 years apart at most so a 15 yo can get with an 18 yo but any higher of an age gap and it's illegal. The age of consent in the states is variable some states it's 16 and others it's 18. If one state has an age of consent of 18 and you travel to a state where the age of consent is 16 that is highly illegal though.

Yes. In my work as a mandatory abuse reporter, they defined a child as 'an unmarried person under the age of 18'. So theoretically if it's a 16 yo that was married off to a 27 yo and something happens, it's not under the definitions of child abuse, as they are not defined as a child. Adult abuse is mostly around things like elders and individuals with disabilities, so 16 yo brides aren't covered. The whole realization really skeeved me out.

@@larrymace2361maybe it’s true in some places but none that I know of and very rarely if so. Majority of US states actually have their age of consent at 16. But this only usually means they can have sex with people from 16-X age (usually 18). So Age of consent isn’t necessarily the age where someone is an adult who can have sex with anyone else above that age.

I think he deserves some charitability here. I saw the uncensored clip, and I didn't think it was loli either. People are also spreading censored images of what was supposedly on his pc, and the shit wasn't even in the clip. But your take on loli stuff is wild. That stuff is absolutely bad.
