Hey Darhkseid, I'm in WelterWeight Division (Undisputed Difficulty) My Current record is 42-0-0 (39 KO) (Age 29) with 86 Overall and I already defeated Canelo for the IBF Belt but still i can't have a fight the one who currently holding the 3 other belts (WBO,WBC,SCI) he is always lock when i try to manually negotiate with it and he never appear on the fight in career menu, I’m currently top 5 at WBO, WBC, SCI and #1 IBF. Do you have an idea why i can't fight him ?

Make sure you are in top 3 of the appropriate belt. Press Y on rankings to toggle. As far as I know you cant manually negotiate for a title belt - the Manager can only do that

I'd pick a manager that gets you a high chance to get a higher ranked opponent!

Is there a mode to play like realistically, where you’re not fighting any fighters that are retired

Not currently, but I think there are listening to feedback about retired fighters being in the fighter pool
