Agreed. Cujo became a helpless slave to the Rabies virus. The virus sought to spread as much as possible, and used the bat, then Cujo, to further its’ agenda. If an animal or human is infected with Rabies, they must be treated before symptoms show. Once symptoms appear, it’s too late. The fatality rate of Rabies victims that show symptoms is a terrifying 97%. Once Cujo got bit by the rabid bat, the virus acted quickly to seize control of his mind and body. Cujo essentially died at this point. What remained was a helpless animal whose mind had been taken over by the virus, which directed Cujo to become extremely aggressive towards anyone or anything he came across. In the end, getting shot by the boy’s mom ended Cujo’s suffering. Cujo wasn’t a villain. Before the infection, he was described as a friendly dog. After the infection, well, there was no Cujo anymore. He was essentially a zombie whose only remaining purpose was to spread the virus as far and wide as possible before dying from respiratory failure. The woman didn’t exactly defeat Cujo, she defeated the virus that, by that point, looked to be pretty close to killing Cujo, and had full control of his brain. It’s actually common practice for rabid animals to be dispatched to prevent further spread of the Rabies virus. RIP Cujo. You did not deserve what happened to you bud.

Phango and Khumba! :D I like that movie. It's not a masterpiece, but it's a good movie about being yourself, it's okay to be different. Kinda like Happy Feet, but without all the adult jokes, making-eggs-talk, the love. The animation and characters is also pretty good.
