To answer your question Chill, he has spent a total of 2 years starting from getting modern cat to defeating luza. Hope this answers your question.

Congrats on beating Zero Luza, Matt! The moment I heard you talking about using Doron when the Bore Jrs come was when I knew you were about to beat the stage. One of the things you glossed over when you got Ancient Egg N000 was that your enigma level is now 10. Hunter’s Map 3 becomes Hunter’s Map 4 and Hunter’s Map 4 can drop Behemoth Gems directly. Helps a ton when trying to get those yellow gems for Luza. Keep in mind that these will be much more difficult Behemoth stages than you’re used to but I’m sure you’ll be fine. Looking forward to you playing through Zero Legends and seeing what crazy stuff is there.

Damn it takes me ages and is really hard to beat Hunters Map 1 stages even with Level 50+ Ubers and Level 60+ Super Rares.

Matt, the first stage of ZL is going to give you tons of trouble, and also you should get courier to level 50 because all but one of the enemies are behemoths

I've basically considered you my battle cats rival since we started playing around the same time and have similar progression levels. I remember when I first started playing battle cats bc of Matt to now Matt beating the final boss in uncanny legends.

i appreciate the hard work every youtuber is putting into making these videos but i never really did anything to prove it but since i started watching your battle cats videos ( around the time cats of the cosmos got added) i started to instinctively like before the video even starts, i just like without thinking so good job matt give yourself a pat on the back cuz this chapter was insane

A tip for beast stones, the new hunters map stages that get unlocked after you beat luza drop MUCH more beast stones, especially if you beat the bonus stage. Though, the levels are a bit harder, like the new Johnnyleon relic variant stages. The UL Legends that evolve (Dorron, Naala, Urs, etc.) are pretty much needed to complete the levels

Congrats on beating Zero Luza! Luckily the process for hatching Luza is a bit easier thanks to Hunter's Map 4 now being available, which gives tons of Behemoth Stones from each stage, and even has a continuation stage which can drop BEHEMOTH GEMS! However, the continuation stage features a really strong Relic/Behemoth enemy that could give you some trouble if you don't bring the right units. Luza will be an extremely useful unit if you ever decide to do starred Uncanny Legends because of their combo of massive damage + resistance to Relic enemies.

hi lordmarkiquad. you are right, luza can do lots in crowned UL. although they do have long recharge slow speed and high cost he can beat most relics in just a few hits

I’ve been playing for around a year total and I’ve just beaten Urs and Fenrir, usually a sub chapter a day is good but obviously getting stuck on stages is inevitable, as long as you keep up the grinding you should be fine though!

After completing Sacred Forest you can raise your Special Legend cats like Doron, Dogumaru, and Naala to level 50. Its highly advised to get this before going farther bruh

Hunters map 4 is now available as an enigma stage. I recommend torture room to farm for enigma stages since it only costs 50 energy and gives you a lot of materials. Enigma stages can be obtained from any legend stage like heavenly tower and sol for example, literally anything in the legend stages menu area can give enigma stages. These stages will be very easy for you since these stages were made to counter dark kasli but phonoa excels in these stages. The way to get the crystals is the continuation stages which are the exact same across all 5 levels. The continuation stages have a 40% chance to appear and the yellow stone version has a 50% chance to get a gem so on average 4 times is what you need. Since the stones aren’t farmed exclusively I’d recommend aiming for a regular egg as well, say trying to get egg 106 which costs blue and green stones. To get it you would play those stages and if your lucky get the gems as well from the continuation stages. The unit itself ape lord luza absolutely smashes every relic enemy in the game and makes infernal tower floor 40 a joke. I hope you see this and it actually helps.

I can say that Matt is the only veteran in this game that started out with million of subscribers (usually I don't expect gamer with million of subscriber to reach the pro level of this game, but Matt did). Tip: for zero legends coming up there are many aku so there is a stage that comes up and gives you a good anti aku true form it's called the greatest diablo like the great diablo and on the second stage of it you get the true form. Like so Matt can see!

I remember doing this so many many many times, it really takes luck at times. But one thing I noticed is that using speed up makes it way more difficult, so I recommend doing this without speed up, it takes patients and focus to clear this stage

You’ve unlocked now the Hunter’s map IV. It has a chance of giving 2 yellow stones instead of always one, it gives you more stones in every stage and it has a secret stage that can give you one gem if you beat it but it has a relic behemoth.

After beating this stage myself when it first came out, I can tell you right now I’ve never hated the lil bore as much as I did then

It took me years to figure out your the guy that helped me find the Easter eggs in Just Cause 3
