Hi Sister. In my experience, I've found that when I've lost my joy, it's because I've taken my eyes off of Jesus and put them on man/self/my circumstances. If you can just muster the strength to lift your eyes and your arms and focus on Him, instead of whatever else is distracting you, He will restore your joy, your peace, your strength. Valleys are times of growth.. praise Him anyway. He's worthy. No matter what we are going through, He's worthy. Just take your eyes off of man/self/circumstances and get em back on Him and I know He will refresh you. He's faithful. Don't give up! Don't look to things you ((can)) see, but look at what you *cannot* see.. The Word says to set your mind on things above. You can do this!

C.T....I love the Lord, but I'm very angry. I have grandchildren I adore, but one lives 2600 miles away and I miss him with everything in me. I'm in a very unhappy marriage. I married my husband after only knowing him 3 months..coming out of an abusive relationship. He is good to me, but we are like oil and water. I'm angry with my life.. What is God doing?

Lori Presnell Lori I can totally Relate to the things you have written about...I will be keeping you in prayer...& since this was from 6 months ago...I pray that you have had some answers from the Lord??.....I know that Gods timing is not our Timing...I have been Wanting & Waiting for some Answers as well "for some years now"..... {18 years to be exact}...But,I am Not going to give up...My Faith & Trust still remains with my Savior Jesus Christ... Sometimes the answers he gives me are Not the ones I want to hear ....But,I keep my Trust in what he says in ROMANS 8:28 {All things work together for good..}...& 1 Thessalonians 5:1 ..... (There are sooo many Verses of Gods Promises to us) & when things seem Sooooo OVERWHELMING I tend to Lean on those Verses for my Strength!!!!!...& Sometimes when All I can do is Cry about my situation...then I let the comforter.... {Holy Spirt}...take over for me; For he is able to express what I can not... ROMANS 8 : 26 God Bless You Lori 💟🙏
