Def Leppard - Die Hard the Hunter (Live @ Sirius XM Garage)

Музыка

The FIRST performance of Die Hard The Hunter since 2019!
Also note: one thing I noticed about this one is they completely skipped the second verse. My guess is time constraints. Only being able to play for a hour. Had to cut the song shorter.

I saw Def at my local 6000 seat arena on their Hysteria tour in 1988. They were late due to border patrol holding them up at the Canadian/US border. They apologized to the crowd, got us all psyched up, began playing awesomely as Def Leppard only can, and the ladies bras started piling up quickly on their mic stands like the store racks they were bought from, because they were playing on an "in the round" stage for that tour. Magical night that made an impression on a young teenage guy of 14 who's also a musician! The 70s and 80s were the best and I'm so glad I was alive to experience such great years!

I caught them December 4th, 1987 with Tesla in Boise, ID. I was 14. The Leps had to bring their A game because Tesla KILLED it. Still one of the best shows ive ever seen 37 years later.

So it looks like Mr. Collen's got a new Jackson Custom Shop Telecaster that's been relic'ed and has a Dimarzio X2N in the bridge and what appears to be his signature pickup in the neck. So, so cool.
