In the 90's I worked at a hotel in Edmonton just two blocks behind his bus. Def Leppard stayed at that hotel a few times during my stint and were always amazingly down to earth and kind to me and all of the other hotel staff. I met hundreds of celebrities while working there but i always say that the Def Leppard guys were the nicest by far.

I`ve been a non-stop fan since their beginning. Always had hope to see a live show one day, but never got to go. Money was always so tight. Now that i`m old & disabled, i`ll likely never get to see them play live. So happy to see they are still going strong though. I sure wish i was. Thank you Def Leppard, for all the great music through the many decades. I still listen to ALL your albums, to this very day.

I saw Def Leppard way back in the 80's during the Hysteria Tour in the Round in Iowa City, Iowa with my brother who was in College at the time. The ABSOLUTELY Best Concert I had ever seen. When my daughters were in High School found out that they were listening to Def Leppard. I took them to several Live Concerts during that time. Sharing the Love with the Next Generation. They are both grown and gone now. Def Leppard still Rockin.

Such a fascinating life. I work as a musician, singer/songwriter myself. I travel out most weekends, living the dream I've dreamt of since a kid. I can't imagine going back to a 9 to 5 grind, ever. I LOVE playing music, even if I never get to the level Def Leppard are at. Hope to actually catch these guys live some day. I've followed them since 1983!

Same same - Not quite 81, yet. Had a friend that became one of the early scalpers and we used to wait in line overnight for tickets. He'd give us 30 bucks or tickets to the show. Saw many of THE best rock shows throughout Los Angeles & Orange County from '84 to like '90. Have likely seen over 1,000 bands and have been to well over 200 concerts.

I love seeing DEF LEOPARD still rockin out. I still continue rocking out to their music. Rock on baby!!!!

Thanks Joe, and the rest of the guys, for playing in my city! Btw, that river is called the North Saskatchewan River, and our River Valley park which runs along both sides of the river, is the largest urban park in North America. It is the equivalent of 22 New York Central Parks combined! We can actually go camping in tents or RVs right in the middle of the city, and you'd never know you were still in a large metropolitan area. Hope you enjoyed your time here. ☺️

Being a Canadian having driven from Vancouver to Edmonton, indeed the roads are actually dangerous through the mountains. Try driving during the winter months. Nothing like a rock slide or avalanche to wake you up in the morning. Literally.

So cool to see how Joe was able to evolve with time. Obviously the party-hard days are over and he takes care of health. We want more Def Leppard for years to come!

I know I'm getting old when the only thing I can think of while watching dear beautiful Joe is for Joe to please tell us the name of the mattress. That info is gold, the struggle is real.

What memories with these guys. Anyone remember their first CD player? I joined a CD club and Hysteria was one of the first 7 albums I received. I popped that thing in and was able to instantly move between songs with no delay I was in heaven. Circa 1987…man I feel old now😂

I met Joe and the lads way back when in Winnipeg. Joe was having vocal issues but the show was on-par. They were all so humble and accommodating. Phil and I and I great chat then he explained to me about his two Japanese groupies that followed them from city to city. Good times.

I was lucky enough to see these guys on their first ever tour to the United States they opened up for the blizzard of Oz starring Mr Randy Rhodes I got to admit for just coming to the States on their first album they brought the crowd home you wouldn't believe how young these guys were I myself was very very young great memories never forgot it

THAT IS SO FREAKING AWESOME!! I think this is the most close up look at this side of the band I've ever seen in 35 years! I will have to say Joe, I do hope you reconsider drinking those Bai drinks.. they are low cal because they use artificial sweeteners and you don't realize how they affect you until you stop consuming them. I gave them up cold turkey maybe 3 years ago and the 10+ year issues I had disappeared, I couldn't believe that was the problem! Also congrats on the no alcohol.. It's only drank (drunk?) for the effect anyway.. I have no reason to drink any more either. It's been 18 years since I"ve been drunk and prob. almost 10 since I"ve just had a social drink.
