I'm sure she's put time into building that trust. Her non threatening presence, calm voice and juicy treats helped seal the deal

It's cutesy but I really wish people would stop feeding animals. Many animals become overweight because of humans.

@@mamadougamby8809It also caused bad behaviors that get them dead too😢 My deer's Matriarchy teaches not to take food "directly as a gift" or "from hand" I offer the option in training & Momma expresses the "uh-uh" & they learn..I can touch her, offer food, she'll nuzzle, groom me, & accept treats very politely, trustingly, but if her "kids" are around, she stands off..acts differently..Momma factor..BEAUTIFUL TO SEE! We have a dual language, per her young being present or not. To be equals & work together & have the experiences with her fawn training too is such an even greater blessing! Overwatch, spending time together respectfully & acknowledging them is more appreciated than food..like us, they prefer to pick out their food..they eat a tremendous variety

If you look very closely, you can see dozens of deer ticks jumping onto the woman's hand.

Deer ticks can easily be knocked off, no different than an ant crawling on you. Commen sense it to not let them "embed themselves".
