What power/fortitude do you recommend for the boss?

also if you want to do this method you can buy a hunters brace and you can parry his kick as well

just get a friend with rally (rally weirdly lets you parry/block primadon kicks and grabs even at full posture EVEN if your the user i don't know why) or just get hunters brace (hunters brace lets you parry anything)

you should get hunter brace and just parry the kicks too

you can just get a hunters brace from summer isle and parry the kick so your always standing still

I have an alternative strategy that i use on my own long before this method was patched: Requirements: -Apeocrathy -Potion Quaffer -Summon Cauldron (Optional) -Atleast 10 Invigorating elixirs Strategy: Attack primadon as usual and if you get hit or want to heal: parry a triple stomp or a single stomp kick, immediately swap and drink a pot, by the time you’re done drinking you can pull out your weapon and parry again (this is why potion quaffer is important) I’ve soloed ~15 primadons with no enchant but this strat simply works. YOU MUST HAVE POTION QUAFFER.

No it does not scale with players. Primadon's health is 60k however much players were there.

Pretty sure its just the risky moves talent which dodges the next hit automatically when you dodge a attack

The attack pattern is so fucking easy, but i still can’t solo it with my crappy old laggy stupid laptop, saving up for a pc asap when i start working

Heya, I’ve got 300 hours in deepwoken and I’ve spent it all on heavy. I’ve won most of my pvp engagements and do great in PvE, but I’ve been considering swapping to medium. The main reason is the slowness of swinging meaning less chances to parry, and less combo potential in PvP. (also, parrying stuff like prima’s stomps is nearly impossible with heavy) is heavy just outclassed by medium when it comes to PvP?

Heavy is probably the best weapon type in pvp imo, if anything pve is where it struggles when compared to medium weapons. Heavy weapons allow you to put an insane amount of pressure on your opponent, and really compared to medium weapons you cannot afford to make very many mistakes vs heavy weapons. Not to mention heavy weapons get pressure blast which is still pretty broken post nerf, plus the insane damage numbers you can put out

medium is the meta a medium user can spam feints and combo them into mantras while a heavy user cannot because then the opponent can just react and parry because of the slow swing time

You are either lying about 300 on heavy or simply isn't that good at the game. The single left stomp is always an easy parry and the same for triple right stomp. If the triple one is still too hard, do a dodge roll for the 1st hit and then FF on the other 2 stomps. Works all the time without even concentrating (plus parrying any stomps get you 2 M1s off so you can take him down in less than 8 mins)

Light is good too. But only if you are fighting humanoid npcs. Fighting humanoid npcs is easy with light, all you have to do is spam R (or right and left click if you have guns)

i doubt something like this will cause a nerf. the manz is a decent level with decent armour and prolly a bunch of talents. its more of the timing and the ability to dodge that really makes this possible, not the talent itself

they have absolutely no reason to nerf it, the only two situations where its useful is primadon farming and healing in the depths (i'd still much prefer gracious flame), and still it's only up to 55%

As heavy weapon user I can confirm bruh. We get mad lucky if get 2 hits when doing primadlon before rolling or parrying. Heavy weapon is just not it for monke fish 😞

This is not true actually, far from it Heavy is probably one, if not the best weapon against mobs in general I can solo primadon with my enforcer axe the only thing you need to do though is spam your crit (m3) more if you only do m1s, itll run away eventually (as ive experienced personally)
