I maybe be wrong but Cred, you guys are really missing out a good data science team. Have you done any analysis of your customer base? Even though I have no data to support my claim but I believe most of your customers hail from middle to upper middle class salaried people who are accustomed of paying taxes and use credit. These ads make no sense to us middle class people lol. Maybe you want the rich people to use cred but I doubt these people with crores in cash will ever use your platform 😁. FFS make some relatable ads. You don't even have any tagline that I could remember. e.g Sahi Sahi lagao ad of meesho is fkng relatable as in we all have heard the line Bhaiya sahi rate lagao. Yaad rakhna Deepika Padukone won't help you in paying back to the VCs😂.

I meant to say that except for the salaried and working class people, most small and middle businesses prefer cash over digital payments to avoid taxes. They have a huge amount of money in form of cash and never uses any form of digital payment. So even though they are upper middle class or rich I would say, they won't use cred or any other digital payment platform. So no point in targeting them with this "classy" ad. And lol I don't want to get hired as a marketing professional but rather a techie as I'm into software development, it's just my love for data analytics that made me write such a long comment for a youtube ad or maybe I was high. If I had to choose between marketing and death I'll probably choose death being an introvert. Moreover I'm pretty sure they already have a way more qualified marketing team in place.
