A single ad, which was disturbing but also teaches us the essence of this practice: no matter the distractions in our everyday life, we must get back to these moments of the inner journey. Persevere and practice - this is the only way. Thankful for this beautiful 21 days journey.

Theres always a way to get your just desires , practice abundance mindset by being grateful with no complaints things will flow easier for and to you ...... if you move the cursor forward once, before starting the meditation and go back to the start the commercials will disappear. Or you can let the meditation run by it self until it’s done without listening to it and when it’s done hit the go back and play again button. 🔄
