I really appreciate the 30 minute meditations, especially this one as I tend to take in other's energies, and struggle at times to maintain inner peace when external energy is high and chaotic. I'm also to the point I could increase my meditations to 45 minutes easily. Many blessings to you and your family!

Wowser!.....I started weekly meditation with Raphael nearly a year ago but recently dropped off the routine due to family pressures etc. but just sat this one and it blew me away so much that I fell into the deepest sleep for ages......I shall be regularly meditating with you again Raphael as you're amazing 👏 thanks so much 🙏 Tony Peterborough UK 🇬🇧

It's really amazing. I was also doing daily meditation with Raphael and at one point let life's busyness get in the way. I recently started again and can't believe the difference in how I feel. So happy to be back!

Thoughts keep running in my mind even when I’m trying to meditate but I’m new to this so hopefully it will get better.It has helped my severe anxiety though and for that I’m very thankful.I hope I can get away from being stuck in the fight or flight syndrome.I’ve just finished my TMS treatments and that helped but this is really helpful to know I will soon be able to meditate better and feel in the now .Thanks for all your help ✌🏼

I thank you Raph! I’ve been in deep discussions with my brother whose also my best mate, about where or what this actually is. I’m obviously not able to describe where it is, but I can never even remember what I was thinking about or hearing for the c.15 mins I’m there until the exact point your voice brings me back. I’m laying on the bed though so I might be missing the correct level. I’m sure I’ll tip over if I do this sitting ❤😂❤

Is this like hypnosis? I feel as though I’m being hypnotized as I’m not around in this dimension until the end! This is so fascinating. I transitioned from skeptical to absolutely knowing there’s something, albeit new and a bit odd as I try to comprehend what’s occurring here. 👉🏼❤️✊🏽❤️👈🏼
