I'm a 15 year old American girl. I always struggled with sleep my entire life due to depression and strong anxiety issues. I always was terrified of being killed due to watching too many murder mysteries as a kid. I would run into my parents room and squish myself in between them in their bed. Eventually, I got too big for that and resorted to putting a sleeping bag on the floor and resting there. After a few years of therapy, I now use ambient music to help me feel calm and fall asleep. If you struggle with sleep issues, anxiety or any other mental illness, know you are not alone. Never feel guilty for needing outside help. You are loved and you deserve to get a good night's rest. Wouldn't it be bad for your phone or device to leave it playing all night? Even more so if you are also charging it(that is typically when I charge my phone).

Been there and done that. One time it was getting pretty late and I was watching KZread when I saw something out of the corner of my eye and when I looked there was a daddy long leg spider just sitting there on my pillow. Freaked the hell out of me and stayed out of my room for a bit.

I've Literally fell asleep every night to this for so long but never even commented, so hey fellow humans who have great taste in sounds😅😅

Imaan Sharifi its easy to create. Search the 4 chords so that you know what to play, get a soft pad on your keyboard, and then play the chords in the right hand and octaves in the left hand. Musically, this is as basic as it gets. Try it out!

Absolutely, I recently had an MRI of my brain and they found a small spot. I have been waiting for another scan to see if it goes away. This music has really helped me to relax during this time of uncertainty.

God, no one knows. Our temporary bodies are made for love. The way someones face fits so perfectly in the crook of your neck when you hug, your hand being held. We all want love. Some people just cant. Some people are incapable of loving. They were put here to test us. Dont cave in friend we are only temporary and so are they.

I have issues with sleeping. Some nights I can fall right to sleep and others, like last night, I can’t go to sleep no matter how hard I try. Being awake after 24 hours is getting old, especially since I take numerous medications that should put me to sleep in no time flat, but sometimes my mind just won’t shut off. I also have tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and the quieter it is, the louder the ringing is. A big fan and this soothing music has helped me in the past two hours to get at least somewhat of a power nap. I’ll definitely be listening again to this again tonight to help me shut my brain down and drown out any other distractions. Thank you so much for the music and for no ads during the video so that you truly can relax. You’re a real blessing! 💜✝️💜

I am thrilled to have found this! I love ambient music to fall asleep to and it has been a battle to find ones that don't implement piano or guitar at some point. The high notes that come from those instruments pull me out of my lull and wake me up. Thank you for posting something that is the same tune the whole time.
