    خوشحالم که تاثیر مثبتی در روند آرامش و خوابتون داشته. میتونید از این ویدیو بارها هنگام خواب استفاده کنین تا باعث تقویت این تمرین بشه. به زودی نسخه دوم از خواب عمیق رو منتشر میکنم.
