When my anxiety starts to get the best of me I repeat that phrase and it helps me get curious instead of scared. Like, what would happen if I didn’t worry, just for today, or for this hour, or for the next 5 mins? ❤ It usually helps me reset and reclaim the present moment. Thank you 😊

Thanks Sarah I need this I have a dentist appointment for checkup on Tuesday after not going for around 15 years. Teeth, gums and bone are bad. I'm getting so worked up with the dental phobia but also what they will say. How can I deal with this or if have to have teeth removed and not alot of bone for denture or anything I feel lost xx
