@@tobypark2045 its a really good thing to sense it. accept and understand it and you can work way better. work on daily habits such as making your bed, showering, brushing teeth, changing clothes every day, training, jogging, etc all those things, get yourself a hobbie if u dont already have one that is fun to you, write that on your daily, i have some dailys that are marked "if i want/can/have time to" so you dont feel like "oh i didnt do this today" stop doing this anyway, keep track of it if you want, or write yourself a little memo on paper that you see every day, dont snooze, stand up when it rings, take youre time, learn new stuff and try out new stuff, go for a little walk every day if u can, look at yourself in the mirror, accept the past and learn from it, dont pull negative energy from it, if you sense it shut yourself down and tell yourself to focus on the now for a better future and or if u want talk about it with yourself to clear your mind especially when certain situations often come to your mind that usually bring you down, take a time out every day, just do nothing and or if u want yoga, read a book, listen to music or just go for a walk as i said earlier, if u want with awesome feel good music like this here or just nothing. less phone and pc etc hours the better, especially when you take time to be alone for yourself. focus on yourself, put youre phone etc away. go out with friends or go for new ones if theyre not good for you, family stuff is important too ofc but thats often not a simple topic, dont let yourself influence cause of others, be yourself, chill more at work and everywhere else, just stay focus and take your time, itll be better and often faster, go earlier then you need to... to work, meetings etc, knowing you can get their easily in time no matter the traffic etc is so much better for your health then rushing etc, oh and drink enough, eat enough and as healthy as u can, and most importantly SLEEP ENOUGH, try out Sleep Sounds in the appstore if u want, helps me, there u can configure your own sleeping sound (up to 10 sounds on different sound lvls) i use some wind and some rain sounds as well as a bit of thunderstormsounds and fire crackling, go to bed at the same times and stand up at thes same times if possible, sleeping is insanely important for your mental health, dimm the lights 1 2 hours before you go to sleep or earlier so youre body can automatically produce serotinine which makes you sleepy, try sleeping without supplements please and if u do just use a bit of serotonin (hope its called like that in english), keep your apartment and car clean and organized, take youre time with it if u need to sort out or anything. and if u want buy yourself or make yourself a gratitude journal and write in it every day + maybe a normal planer on the side too. in the journal you can write down every day if u want things like "im grateful for" "small victories i had today" " things i learned today" "moments that made me luagh today" "positive thought for tomorrow" "this went well today" and maybe a scale of how you felt this day from 1 to 5 or a smiley. (its not for everyone tho, everything i wrote is just what i do and a suggestion) i think i forgot a lot of stuff but maybe it helps :)

It's wild how much this mix resonates with me. When this was recorded I was in such a bad place mentally, and of course quarantine, but I felt absolute peace and happiness as this played. Got a quilt and hooped and stayed in the sun for the rest of the day. Sometimes you need that brief moment of clarity to remember how good it feels to feel fine, and you absolutely delivered that.
