I WONDER WHY PEOPLES ALL OVER THE WORLD ARE FACING DEPRESSION? IN MY OPINION ITS BECAUSE OF A LACK OF EQUILIBRIUM BETWEEN ABILITY AND AMBITION.ALSO, MODERN MODES OF COMN, TV FOR EG,MAKES PEOPLE /HAVENOTS AWARE OF WHAT HAVES POSSESS. THIS CAUSES HEARTBURN AND JEALOUSY. PEOPLE HAVE FORGOTTEN HOW MOST OF THE WORLD LIVED TILL THE 2ND WW. VERY FRUGALLY, WORKING VERY HARD ,BUT BEING HAPPY WITH WHAT THEY HAD. SIMPLE THINGS LIKE FOOD,WATER,AND HEALTH , SATISFIED THEM. NOW EVERYBODY WANTS EVERYTHING. AND YOU END UP WITH INSANE SOCITIES LIKE CHINA, A CAPITALIST STRUCTURE CONT BY COMMUNIST ?SOCIALIST? PARTY. PEOPLE WORKING LIKE SLAVES TO CREATE WEALTH. SO IF ONE DISPASSIONATELY EXAMINES ONES ABILITY AND THEN ASPIRE FOR A PLACE IN SOCIETY, COMMENSURATE WITH CAPABILITY,ONE CAN AVOID DEPRESSION.😢-😊.BE HAPPY.
