exactly. For me, well...Perverse, Sleeper, District,etc. Demon's album Fall of idk, 2013?... Boneyard EP... that was the climax for me. With Osiris and the tribal beats every one was doin, where basically the snare track was muted... tbh, more or less. BUt that's what I was particularly into. I loved all the Tempa stuff as well and the OG stuff, but I really clicked with those above. much love

First off, I know what you mean... BUT, interestingly that Truth remix?... i mean, Truth came from the OG side of dubstep... they released on Tempa etc... so they def crossed over to the commercial side, but.... tbh, it still kinda sounds cool.. (as long as no one sees you enjoy it ) ;)

No this slow atmospheric drum & bass, little dub here and there, actually is the definition of dubstep.. but I get the mistake lot of neuro influences in trap these days so very understandable also the chords are in a way lil hiphop gangsta. Kind of dark scales they're using. So yea understandable mistake but it's very dubstep
