As it turns out, I could not find much social media information for Chef Erik Blauberg. I did find a web site called Culinary Passport, but there is no social media information there as well. In regards to the recipe, this is the first time I have cooked lobster tail in the mini kitchen! It was fun and easy to do with the Western Electric Junior Oven. The oven heats up enough to quickly boil water and cook the lobster tail. The recipe worked great and with a few modification because I did not have shaved truffles. I thought the substitute worked great. Overall it was fun to make on video and it is great to test my chef skills doing new techniques. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy the video.

I watched this yesterday 7-9-24 When I woke up and the first thing I did was make the dough. Then went out for the stuff. Then made large version hahaha. It was worth every penny. Lucky Penny that is. See what I did there?🤣
I’m glad you’re using the older stove on this video. It looked new to the mini kitchen when I saw your last video, but since I’ve seen all the mini kitchen videos and toy stove videos, I guess I must’ve seen it before. Please be careful with that hot hot stove! when I was little, I had a yellow mini wave and I was only allowed to use it at the dining room table under close supervision. it never went into my bedroom!
