It has some horror character when you sing a joyable melody into that deep drone. Thanks for sharing that experience! We will get the most out of it.

Is there a price for guessing what your favourite song is ? :) BTW, could you please give me a piece of advice on achieving a good, focused drone while playing long didge (and all didges in general) after switching from side to front position ? I can quite easily get that crisp drone on shorter didges, but I really struggle to get it right on a long one. When I switch to side position it's there, but as soon as I play it front I loose it - it gets weak, unstable and lacking clarity. Spiral out ! P.S. Is it "Lateralus" ? Edit: I tried lowering mouth corners, like you do on the video, and it seems the way to go. It improved my drone.

Your guessing is correct! For a good clear drone you can practice to play loud (as loud as possible) for some 10 seconds or so. Then rest 2-3 seconds. And repeat 100 times per day.

Damn, had I known I could improve my didgeridoo playing with some 50$ home improvement parts I wouldn't have gotten a kairos and a moytze! Just kidding. Those two are part of my everyday battle back to sanity. Now I shall go out there and add a PVC tube collection to my wood tube collection. and suffer for a greater good. And still I'll like it. Let's see how far I'll be allowed to extend the tubes given I could drone and toot the iglica :-)

Tension really fights the tone, wow. I'm currently sitting at mere 250cm / 36 Hz and will remain there for a while. This is surprisingly hard! Maybe step back to 225cm... Looking forward to being "allowed" to go to 275cm and beyond. "Do not expect too much from day 1" Ah yes, sir.

Glorious. After arriving at a drone at 300cm, Popping off the final half meter I _instantly_ get a drone at 250cm. Yeah there's quite some fun to be had with this!

My question- what is the longest you could possibly make a didgeridoo and it would still be playable? 5 meters or so?

As I said in the video, the longest that I played when I dedicated to this practice was around 5.5 meters. I guess longer is possible, but it requires more dedication and I guess is becoming a big senseless.
