My step father passed in july of 21. I am the black sheep but when I went to see him in the hospital he looked at me with such aww. He told me I was beautiful and looked astonished. He lived another 2 weeks and I'm so grateful for the time I had with him at the end. He told me I was resilient and didn't realize how sensitive I am and so hurt by assumptions made about me.
