I have a new found respect for "Major Mackerel" I love the sincerity, he's speaking from the heart, especially when he got an emotional, when talking about his mother. Plus, he reminds me so much of my uncle.
This man deserved more outta music but happy for his story and journey and honesty

One of the best interviews I have watched. Major Mackerel, is one of the most articulate artist of his time. The interviewer allowed him to tell his story without interrupting and interruption. Excellent job by all!

But on a more serious note, we need more men to stand up and take care of our wives/women and children: too much shot, poison and vanish sperm donors deh bout ya; momma can get breed by herself... you plant it, grow it. Many of the societal woes can be traced back to some irresponsible, reprehensible sperm donor.

I enjoyed this interview more than any other I have seen. Down to earth and informative- no pretensions. I grew up in Barbados listening to these guys dominating the airwaves , the dancehall and the minibuses from then till now -2021. I want to see Major Mackerel in Barbados performing @the Barbados Reggae Festival -Vintage- night and @ Reggae on the Hill. Great interview. This man is special. Great job by the interviewer. Wishing the Major all the best. Genuine !
