If you can afford the price difference then it is definitely worth the extra cost!
X2 is trash on thic carpets i got it and now am.stuck with it its past the return date the shark matrix is way better ecovac software is bad the x2 never seems to find its station evem tho its 5 inchs infront of it and on my carpets in the garage it doesnt even move it keeeps saying the antidrop sensors are dirty please clean them evem tho their clean contacted ecovac numereous times they couldnt resolve any of my isssues but the matrix one didnt hwve any kf these and is also a third of the price😊
