It's funny hearing Eli talk about making a combination between button combos from fighting games and bringing that into an FPS game because I have thought they should do this for years. I think the key is it needs to be really difficult to pull it off due to the fact that we now have bumper jumper and everything. I think the bxr and bxb brought so much to halo 2 back in the day, and I think if something like this was implemented correctly, it would go a long way to allowing a higher skill ceiling in comp play. I have been told i'm crazy for thinking this, but it's a no-brainer IMO.

As always, loved this episode! Was really great to hear some behind the scenes of that nV roster. One question I'd love to hear pros elaborate on in future episodes is "What is Halo Infinite doing right/well from a competitive perspective?" Mikwen's point about weapons being designed with countering something else in mind instead of being a direct upgrade over another weapon of the same class was a really cool idea. Definitely would also like to hear what he thinks are the strengths of Infinite or what he would keep heading into the next game. Keep up the great work, gents!

13:23 hey Makowski please check out one of montages. I might not be godly at the game but I believe raw gameplay just clips and choosing the right song is very important for a montage. You have relatable to your audience to make a connection with them to. My LEFTOFF montage is one I'm really pride of. Also my first ever video I uploaded on my channel was a 15 minute long montage with perfect songs to catch the vibe of the clips.

Why do you think that halo tournaments started with MLG? MLG ripped off the AGP, who held several LANs before MLG ripped off their format

That's a bit of a stretch, I don't think the idea behind hosting video game tournaments was something exclusive to anyone - MLG just did it best.
