I don't decorate for Easter but if I did I would do either a dark Alice in wonderland theme or a spooky garden theme. Tea kettles and cups are very spring so I would use like a victorian looking kettle as a mantle centerpiece with black floral and use some mossy eggs with vintage lanterns and brass bunny statues .... throw in some smoky quartz crystals and some halloween tea cups with dried lavender and eucalyptus etc .... dried floral is very cottage witch but still spring. Toss in some crow statues since birds are springy lol.

They also have planter pots in summertime in garden sections that look like giant teacups. 👏🏻 great idea with Wonderland! I’ve got a white rabbit tattoo and love this lol!

Try to tie a thin black ribbon into a bow around the bunnies necks. It will work wonders to bring a touch of black onto the white bunnies!!!

Bunnicula is a great spooky spring/bunny story for kids. You could read to Lucian, not too scary. 👻🖤🐇

Before I had kids it was 1000% spooky Halloween all year and now I decorate for every single holiday so that they feel the ✨magic✨ of the seasons. I haven’t collected many Easter decorations yet but so far it’s very in your face bunnies and pastel everything vibes. 🐇

THIS!!! It's so exciting making the holidays special for the little ones!! All of a sudden I'm buying all the cutesy stuff I never would have looked at before and I LOVE IT!!! I'm so excited a whole new decor theme has been unlocked with the cutesy Halloween stuff!! I always used to pass over that stuff, but now I'm excited to get Lucian some cutesy Halloween stuff! All the other holidays have been more of a challenge decorating wise, but I can't wait to see our collection grow as the years go on! 🖤

You may want to pick pastel Halloween decorations. I seen them last year but for Easterween it might work well in spooky Easter season.🐰

I tell myself this every year for easter and Valentine's Day, but when the time comes I'm so distracted by all the oranges and blacks 😂 It's so hard to think ahead to less exciting holidays during the most exciting time of the year, but I think if I make my list now of what I'm looking for I can make it happen!!!

The mantle is giving Ostara vibes! If you added a couple more woodland creatures it would be perfectly witchy for the season! 💕 I love it so much!

Hey ghoul hey! Some white branchy trees on the mantle would look great, possibly hang some bats and black egg ornaments off the branches, spray paint is your friend when the colors dont match. I personally love the black and white, looks clean and simple.

I think Easter can be quite spooky! The last supper, transubstantiation, crucifixion, rising from the dead, easter vigil! Love this idea of decorating

You could put some green moss trailing down the sides as I am sure you have some creepy moss from Halloween that could pull in a green for Spring

I love using the plastic eggs that are usually like a light grey with speckle black on them. Or light blues that have sparkle black dots on them. If you don’t want to use pastel eggs. Also target or Walmart?? Sells the wood eggs you paint you could do them white and deco some crows or webs on them. That would look cool.

There's a lot of "spooky" mythology and symbolism around the white hare (bunny) so you don't need them to be black and you do have white halloween decor so these are a lot like that. I like them :)

You could add a stack of old books in the dining room to boost that black bunny up a little higher than the white bunny candlesticks. Super cute, though, like it is!

Ghoulie, I FEEL you on the elderly doggy no-sleep struggle. I don’t know how you do it with a baby too! My little fuzzy ghoul is nearly 15 years old and she keeps me up a lot, which was a super struggle during grad school. But we gladly do what we do for our babies. 🩷 We’ll just keep looking forward to that glorious first sip of coffee!

I’d spray paint those white rabbit candle stick holders black. With your dining table being white, all black decorations would look amazing.

My husbands grandma has a crow themed house (she has a business also named after crows) and she put tiny little bunny ears on all of them a couple years back and I thought “if jade decorated for Easter this would be in her house too” 😂 she claims to not be a spooky person but for someone who is not spooky- her house is goals lol.

I use my festive towels! It’s part of the fun as an adult and I have so many to cycle through I need a reason to change them out🤣

Lucian sounds just like how my daughter was! She NEVER slept for more then 2 hours at a time....for YEARS GIRL! I blame her for my insomnia today! Shes 23 now by the way lol! Im in my 40s & i still have sleep problems. I pray your little goblin finally decides to sleep for hours & gives you some much needed rest. Wish i could say it gets better but from my experience, it didnt, i wouldn't trade it for the world, i love my daughter & being a mom was more important anyway ya know.....just get sleep whenever you get a chance! Just gotta say, isn’t it so cool how kids soften us and change us in fun ways? The fact you brought colorful joy and more traditional Easter decor into the kitchen for Lucian literally just warmed my heart lol. It's truly magical what having children bring out in us! I'm so excited to grow our collection and decorate for all of the holidays and create memories together! It's truly the most heartwarming experience!! Congrats on motherhood and your new sweet baby!!! OMGGGG I miss the squishy stage so much! I think at this stage in a moment of newborn intoxication I told Dallas I could have 100 newborns I love them so much!! There's something so amazing about watching them grow too and their budding personalities, but dang those sweet newborn moments they're just the sweetest! Enjoy your little squish!!! 🖤

It’s flying by so quickly! she’s 7 weeks old and is outgrowing 3 month clothes😭 my husband is 6’4 and 260 pounds😂😂😂 idk how much of a chance she has to not be a tall girl but it’s bittersweet watching her grow so quickly already! I’m the same, I’ve loved newborn stage! But honestly she’s basically an infant already😂😭

My house stays horror themed but during easter, I do add some black and white themed easter decore for my kiddos. I also have this tree in my front yard that I hang pastel easter eggs off of for my 3 kiddos and add a cement bunny statue I set under the tree as well. With the decorative hand towels, I usually try not to use but between my kiddos and husband, they always end up being used to dry hands. 😂

We usually put the decorative towels out but put solid colors up with it just in case guests want to use them then they can go for the solid towels. Also I love that you allow us into your day to day life and share your life with us! So thank you for doing this. Much love ♥

Target had in their spot a set of 3 generic wood nested boxes. You can flip the top table side and use them to gain height on your table bunny. Can hide the box with Easter grass

I feel like some gold Easter eggs would be cute in those lanterns!

A table runner might be a good way to tie in the room with the seasons. Could do black/white/coloured with confetti for the season.

Hey Ghoul hey, for your dining table put the black bunny on a cake stand or a covered candle. Give the bunny height. Also, if you buy Easter candy you can decorate using candy put foil wrapped bunnies around, candy dish of jelly beans etc.

Your Easter Decor is so great! I only decorate outdoors. The only decor I use inside are the decorative kitchen towels. Yes I use them, same reason, I like getting new styles, colors and designs as well. When they really get worn out they are basket liners for the cat beds.

I decorate for spring instead of Easter. I love the mantel! Might I suggest some dark florals? I love florals year round, especially in the spring time 😊

Hey, ghoul, hey! Hope you're doing well! Easter is my youngest son's favorite holiday because it's usually around his birthday, so we go full on, in your face, Easter. It doesn't even matter that he's an older teen now lol. He still likes it, so I still do it. We have Easter egg lights, bunnies, chicks, lots of color, the whole nine yards. It's not exactly my aesthetic, but I do it up a little vintage and it's always so cheerful once we're done. Oh, and we do use the towels. I'm just glad my sons are washing their hands so that they need to use the towels. 😂

I’ve never decorated for Easter, but I think I’m gonna try and collect some items from thrift stores to diy. I had the idea of a graveyard bunny family. Or bunny headstones, so painting bunnies to look like they’re made of stone with mossy bits on them. 😃

🐰Hoppy Easter! I love the candy. If you've ever seen the "Holidays" horror movie, the Easter segment is probably the creepiest.

For the bunny on top of the dining room table, a good set of 2 or 3 antique black books would work great as a riser to raise that little guy up! It was fun watching you decorate for Easter!

Your tall pewter bunny on the udder table should go in the center of your dining table! It will give you more height and break up the colors 😁🧡

Always love watching you decorate the mantle for the seasons. I'm getting a "speckled black and white" image looking at those bunnies on the mantle. Maybe use a sponge and lightly sponge them black? Idk, just an idea. I do use my festive towels..unless they are super nice/special. Happy Easterween! 🐰🖤

Random thought: you could add dried flowers/herbs in the lanterns, giving you a little color while still keeping a dark spring aesthetic.

Option: wooden Easter eggs. For inside lanterns. Could paint some: black/while/stripped/ polka-dot/ square s painted wood. Easiest extras that are found after the holidays (for next year ❤❤ Fill extra space with cotton balls, regular or food dyed. Just tryin to help goul ♡♡

The first sip of coffee in the morning injects life into my body. It's imperative! I don't decorate for Easter, but I do shift some of my throw pillows and bedding to something more spring-like in terms of colors and patterns. Ooooooh I did get a new mug for spring this year, and I LOVE it! It's from Anthropology, it has this semi atomically correct heart with flowers coming out of the heart valve at the top. It's so pretty and folk art style.

The vintage bunny by the soaps was my favorite! So cute! As for the decorative towels I definitely use mine because I hate having to have a usable towel out somewhere else and it's just annoying. As much as I love Halloween, I don't incorporate it into my Easter decorations; I have a white light up tree and I hang hand painted eggs and felt chicks from it, I have different coloured velvet bunnies sitting on fake grass, and a big wreath with flowers and eggs on it. I use my festive towels 😊 every year they come out with new designs and I enjoy switching it up year to year. I do a lot of gold and white crosses for Easter, white and gold bunnies and some new spring greenery (plants) I’m not into pastels at all but don’t mind blue touches here and there. Gold and white are classic year round 😉😊 Loved your gold bunnies ❤😊

Your house always looks so cool!!!! I’m still loving those crow towers near the fireplace, they’re so cool. And I do hope you get some more sleep soon, you’re working hard from the sounds of it, you deserve a good rest sometime soon lol. I’m not much of an Easter person, but for decorating for spring I’m planning on doing some darker toned artificial flowers and drying some actual flowers and finding some slightly gore-ish paintings or prints of bunnies and bats. Maybe also getting a battery operated lantern than can change colors so I can put a pastel pink glow to my room! Maybe I could also dry some fruits like pomegranates and apples, other spring fruits n such to hang around the room or put in a muted colored basket with some lavender sprigs. I think it’ll be cute and spooky!

I love this! I’m always so uninspired this time of year and i don’t do much Easter decorating. I have 2 tiny Easter trinkets that were my great grandmas (really old pastel porcelain bunny and an egg) and I have them sitting in my kitchen window with my plants and then I have a glass bunny that’s dressed like Peter rabbit that was my dads when he was a kid that I have on my mantle, I just added him to my crystals and witchy stuff that was already up there. This made me want to do more!

Love your simple decor for Easter. I kinda decorate for Easter, but it's more like to celebrate Ostara and will always include bunnies since I have 4 for indoor pets. I still use black, but I do like purple and green, it works for spring. I just got a box from Midnight Muses and it had an upside down skull with moss and mushrooms growing out of it. Pretty nice for a gothic Ostara! 💚🖤💜🤍

I use my towels and I love collecting them...and I've got one box with extra special towels I can't quite bring myself to use. What can I say? It satisfies my need to keep all of them perfect. I don't know if you like vintage pieces, but some of the rabbits/bunnies from 50s and 60s were a little spooky. I might be wrong, but Royal Doulton made these white rabbits with red eyes. I kept thinking decorative orange carrots would accentuate the black, white, and orange. I love the white rabbits you got

The coaster with the rabbit, made me think of Alice and Wonderland…😍 I also am decorating inside for Easter for the first time… I just used a moody floral vibe and added a couple metal rabbit sculptures (I also got the ‘folky rabbit’). I am also slowly adding in more spring, but I think maybe like a moody Woodland floral situation. I don’t really know how to describe it.😅 I hope that makes sense. Usually I only decorate my porch, and basically just change out seasonal decor (outside of Christmas, and of course Halloween). I’m gonna have to get a storage unit. 😅🤦🏻‍♀️
