Decorah Eagles~N2B-A Snowy Meal-Dad Feeds the D's_4.18.18

What a white wonderland for the D's. I imagine that they must be wondering, " what on earth? What's all this cold stuff? lol! D29 gets most of the food this time and looks like a bite got stuck in it's throat. Dad kinda looked panicked for a moment but D got it down and went for more. Crop is so full, D29 can barely stay upright. Dad tries to get them all back underneath him before they get too cold and wet. He moves some of the wet grass out of the bowl. How many April Fool's Day are there in April? Thanks for watching!

Yes, the oldest usually gets the most food in the beginning but then the siblings usually catch up and learn to be assertive and grab the food and steal the food from each other. These eaglets all thrived and flew off to have their own adventures. 😊

Yes, they do that! 😀But over the course of the day and multiple feedings he always had a full crop and he grew up to be a a beautiful fledgling.
