If you over indulge yourself and eat too much of it in one sitting then yeah its bad for you. Same can be said for anything. Regardless if its supposed to be healthy or not.

the McRib is just a tv dinner Rib on a Bakery style bun with a light layer of mayo, shred white onion and dill pickles. extremely easy to make and can probably get everything at your local grocery store... McCormick Rib TV Dinner

I work at McDonald's and have made McRibs by the hundreds daily. Not trying to get technical but the McRib is mayo-less. Just bun, silvered unions, pickles, and BBQ sauce.

The McRib is the healthiest item on the menu cause it's made of yoga mats.

I love Rhett and Link, they have the perfect friendship and their personalities just go so well together.

Back just because last time I watched I was eating a mccrib. I love these old style vids so much.

Watching in 2022 when McDonald’s says it’s the last time they will ever have this sandwich. And my first time ever having it.

McRib = one of the best things about the holiday season! It's the crispy onions and pickles teamed with the tangy BBQ sauce that makes it the perfectly textured falvorful sandwich of awesomeness! It's without a doubt one of the most delicious carcinogens available to modern man!

My english teacher told me the most hilarious story about how he ate so many McRibs that he had explosive diahrreia and projectile vomit in a very messy way.

Obviously, getting a bite at mcdonalds or any other fast food restaurant will be faster then eating out at a diner or any other restaurant. It is called fast food for a reason. Eating is a necessity, while something like facebook & TV shows you can do in your spare time or whenever you feel like, as a matter of fact, while you're eating, you can go check your facebook on your phone.

Joseph Kim I think she meant that in the USA, there are tons of people who eat fast food all the time (more than once a day), and justify this habit by blaming it on their "stressed and busy lifestyle". However, even though these people claim to be very, very busy, they somehow still have time to roam Facebook and watch TV for long periods of time, but don't seem to have enough time to eat anywhere else. That is such a generalization its not even funny. I never eat fast food. Watch maybe 3 hours of tv a week, browse Facebook occassionally, and workout everyday. I have 0 obese or overweight friends. I play 2 school sports and 1 aau sport. My family and friends do almost the exact same things. So think twice before you criticize Americans you sloppy uneducated earthworm.

Love McDonalds. Love the McRib. Love these videos. Also, McDonalds is currently doing their "Your Questions. Our Food." marketing campaign that is fantastic. Actually, the McRib IS made out of real pork. There is no "pink slime" or any of that nonsense in their food. Enjoy what you eat, stay active in the gym, and live life!

Every year when the McRib comes back I buy two of them bad boys and chomp down on em while watching this episode. Just finished gobblin' em down this year, ready for the next.

You keep saying the McRib came back in 1989, but you're actually wrong. It actually came back in 1987. I know this because in Slash's autobiography he said he had one for dinner every day while recording Appetite for Destruction.
