Decoding Biodiversity: How Environmental DNA Can Detect and Save Fishes

Moving from rivers in the Amazon to research facilities at the Royal Ontario Museum, Decoding Biodiversity looks at a new scientific conservation technique: environmental DNA (eDNA). By collecting just a few litres of water, scientists can now use eDNA to detect all the diverse species inhabiting a body of water. All so we can better understand aquatic ecosystems-and protect their inhabitants.
