Deco is the creator of this song. The " girl " in the song IS Hatsune Miku, also, all of the people saying " Miku is 16!!! This song is too sexual!!! Pure pure is the lyrics of the song. Hatsune miku can be anything. She doesn't have a Canon age but she has different variations. Neither of the creators confirmed that she was purepure, but both - the video creator and the song creator - have made different variations of her. And this is one of them. Educate yourself.

You go into capcut and place your picture then you go to overlay and add the same picture. You're going to wanna make the main image (the first image you added) the biggest so it fills the frame and make the overlay a little smaller. Then, you can click on both the main image and the overlay and adjust their settings so they look different, i prefer making the main image darker and the overlay lighter.
