Aashnaa!!! you influence my life in so many ways As usual I too decided to workout consistently and keep myself fit this year. But I wasn't really able to keep up with it. Even today I felt a bit tired and thought of taking a day off. And then your post showed up, like an angel. I was totally inspired by the idea of 'moving your body every day'. I wasn't in the mood to work out today, but I took your advice and decided to take a walk. Guess what I walked for 45 mins straight.
