You talk about having systems; do you have a good cleaning system (more like the deeper cleaning and not the pick-up tidy? This is one area I haven't completely figured out. I would love to know what you do!

We do a big family clean the day before our Sabbath! I move the deeper cleans needing attention to the top of the list. Then we divide and conquer as a family. (mostly my husband and I at this point with little jobs for the kids)

Growing up, my husband's family had a family work day every Saturday. That's pretty much how we address the deeper cleans and then I am very much an 'address as needed' person. For some people it works well to just have one designated zone for deep cleaning a day, then forgetting about that area the rest of the week. Trial and error!
