Your hair looks so great in this video! Looks so healthy! There are always things we will miss. Always interesting to see what sticks with people. I have decluttered all the color pop. I think some are pretty but I prefer my luxury make up better. I am a sucker for packaging. And color pops formula is just fine but I don’t need it.
The story about you taking your sister to Disneyland is so sweet. I wish I would have kept a limited edition Elizabeth Arden eyeshadow/lip palette, my sister gave me, I used it up, but tossed the packaging and I wish I would have just kept the packaging. I regret decluttering those Kaleidos eyeshadow palettes too! I have the Lemoncello CP palette but I took out the shades I didn't like and created a colorstory I enjoy (packaging is so pretty). I love that Norvina eyeshadow palette and have hit pan in a few shades, I wish ABH would just update them!
I had a good 20 years of no make up wearing. I wore predominantly Lancome, Estee Lauder, Shiseido, Orlane and Chanel in my teens and early 20s. I decluttered very little because I could barely afford them and as such only bought what I loved. Plus choice was limited in the late 80s and early 90s. Fast forward to the end of 2021 and I hit the make up hard! I've bought things that do not suit me because I needed to journey into my new stage of middle age. Things that suited me at 21 don't at 50. I will need to declutter one day, but that regret is what is putting me off. I do have regret I wasn't part of BeautyCom circa 2015-6. It seems make up ramped up with variety, shades, formula and creators. Seeing you with the Norvina makes me wonder if I should go buy Modern Renaissance...
The only things I regret decluttering is my high school makeup. I’d love to still have it and pull it out specially for nostalgia. 20 years ago makeup and today’s makeup is so different.

I am mostly happy with the things I declutter, but two palettes I regretted were a Marc Jacobs holiday one in the gold packaging and an Urban decay all matte one. Those were very good shadows but I wasn’t in my depotting days yet and the packaging on these irked me…
Norvina and sultry are two I will never ever decultrer and I have backups of both
This is a great video. The only one you got rid of that matters is the one from Disneyland. I’m not into useless clutter at all so I get it but there are certain pieces of makeup that needs to stay with us.
I bought the Lime Crime Immortalis last year and really like it! I will say a few shades are really, really powdery. I have two other palettes of theirs and they are good. I was not aware of Colourpop when the Limoncello dropped and when I first saw it, I wanted it. I also keep saying it’s their top five Colourpop palettes! No, Kaleidos didn’t do a good job saying it was magnetic! They should have known others wouldn’t like the packaging and stress it was magnetic. You are such a sweet sister for taking your ten your old sister to Disney Land. I can imagine how hard it was to save all the money!I am so touched.💕💕 Oh yay!! I am so glad you were able to buy the Norvina palette! I am new to makeup outside of lipstick so my issue is being so annoyed to have missed gettiing the palettes everyone talks about! I still hope Oden’s Eye brings back Hela. 🥲🥲 You looked so pretty!
