i saw a few comments about standing still which are probably true, but i just wanted to say i've so far really appreciated your cautiousness (collecting berries, sneaking past ravagers, checking behind you) and i've often seen hastiness and greediness lead to death too (ppl thinking they'll just leg it past a ravager) :) i mean that 8th run you stayed calm behind that tomb and i've seen other runs where a bit of patience helps the ravagers move out the way out of sight

people like to complain about watching slower runs, but the heartbeat by the end of her 9th run was still so slow, sneaking is really underrated as a longevity mechanic

Honestly False, your first level 2 run went really well compared to other hermits first lvl 2 experiences. You may not have gotten the artifact first try but the knowledge of the dungeon layout is a huge gain for that first run.

The funniest and saddest thing abt Run 9 is that False could’ve went to Lvl 2 immediately if she ran past that first Ravager @ 28:32. Then she decided to camp the key room instead of exploring for a key😭

Your 7th run...ist tome to the second floor was great! Everyone struggles to learn the map as there r many questionable routes. You r a pro and will have this down in no time. 😊

False, you can't stand still for very long. The Clank will continue to rise and every so often a Stumble card will be added to your deck increasing the threat level in the dungeon. I don't recall if those increase Hazard or Clank but both are bad. Also, when you get your artifact the threat level rises. So move. Explore. Learn the dungeon and especially the treasure drop locations. You got this! You're a contender for winning the whole thing. 👍

Fun to watch but that run 9 was painful. That big room you were hiding in is actually super good and easy to juke ravagers in. Your play in that scenario is bait one in and run them in a circle

Oof that 9th run, overthinkin and anxiety got the best of ya for sure, tunnel vision is very real. Ggs.

Damn!!! Run number 9 was so though! Like imagine if the treasure drops had been a little more in your favour and you got the artefact, could been like a 30 ember run plus the 3 crowns, gutting!! but you are crushing it!!!

So I've never seen a key drop BEHIND the kneeling man. Pretty sure that'd be too easy. From what I've seen, standing still is never a good strategy for any reason. And the room you were hearing all the treasure spawn in that you didn't know how to get to is the one where you got the death loop the previous run.

​@@FalseLivetreasure drops fairly often but not all treasure drops are created equal tango's confirmed harder to reach drops like the ones in the crypts or locked by jump boost are more likely to drop crowns and keys. I haven't heard tango say "the towel man dropper never drops keys" but as original commenter said I've never seen one their and I've watched a lot of decked out

That 9th run was the most painful thing to watch ...and I've watched a lot of hermits' Decked Out runs. :-{

Ya, it’s possible to lure it away from the door or pull it into the large room and loop around, but False is still unfamiliar with ravager wrangling and was too scared to just go for it there. It’s what killed her in the end

Number 1. standing still is never a strategy you have to move. Tango made note in a couple of different live streams now that he is disappointed that people take it so slow so he is looking into ways to make sure that the player actively moves. Number 2 the entire time you were standing behind the statue hearing dings they were through the door to your left. That is also one of these spots that drops the most keys. Not every time but 80% of it there is a key and that treasure spot. Number 3. You NEED to explore that first level more. One of the compasses you dropped off (the one in that back room with the table beside the throne room) did not go in that spot it was actually on the other side of that wall in a whole area you've yet to explore. Tango's noted that because of the way the compass system works there's no way to make a compass exclusive to one location, therefore any Compass can be dropped in any drop off location. And run 10 if you had a kept running straight instead of trying to loot the ravagers again you would have wound up going into the throne room through the door in the chasm room. You have yet to explore either side of the crypt area and those areas are kind of key.

I'll only ever stand still when i'm taking a moment to find the best route - never plan to otherwise though. Other than those I try and keep moving as much as possible - so don't worry! I'm slowly learning the drop locations - it won't be perfect just yet. And i'll explore as I feel neccessary.. so leave me to it :D There's always a 'next time do this or that' but that's the point of the game - to learn as you go, and make mistakes. You learn more from mistakes than anything else. So there will be more of those for sure LOL

Loving the runs but you gotta go a bit faster, you’re sneaking WAY too much to get to level 2. Stumble cards are going to be played even if you shift everywhere, it becomes more important to go fast than to be quiet.

Yep, lvl 1 and 2 have that I feel, as well. Lvl3 with the wardens, one almost has to sneak. But if you know some of the shrieker spots (which ppl like Pearl nd Hypno have started to do) you sneak past them:p

35:15 is exactly why the path of the coward should let you exit with at least your crowns.

Sorry False, but hiding behind the crouching man statue for a few minutes spouting nonsense hiding in the key room is ridiculous. You know full well you can duke ravagers around pillars - you gotta stop being so timid and remember you are really resourceful and actually very good at Minecraft girl! Go False! I love watching Decked Out II runs but cannot bear all the Drama Queen stuff.
