Decisive Action: How Eric Maddox Helped Capture Saddam Hussein

“That first week I realized everything I was taught as an interrogator wasn't going to work.”
Our next guest, Eric Maddox sits down with Bruce Gradkowski and discusses how he had to pivot and decisively act to achieve his mission as a former special operations solider in Iraq. Eric was attached to a Task Force Special Operations team in Tikrit that was part of the Joint Special Operations Command and their sole mission was to track down the most wanted men in Iraq. Having interrogated well over 300 enemies, Eric helped collect intel that directly secured the arrest of the Ace of Spades and the number one enemy, Saddam Hussein.
Join the conversation and listen to one of the best interrogators of our times as he discusses how he had to decisively act and change his approach when all of the interrogation skills he had previously learned weren’t going to get the job done in Iraq.
