QTUO just claims to be a manufacturer, might be just a middleman but in reality it's Grain Gold and their another LY switch is Duhuk/Lumia Matcha V4 but You can also compare them to Zuoce Studio Bubblegum, G-Square White Warrior V2, IKYEX Purple Rabbit.

Check out the SwagKeys Popcorn switches, they're all LY (housings and stem), they sound and feel really nice.
