I purchased the Wulf 4k from Optics Warehouse for a very reasonable £399 , fantastic Sony imx577 4056×3040 sensor , I coupled it with a 940nm vcsel laser illuminator (way better than the 850nm ir torch supplied) fairly inexpensive night vision set up ,you get a very nice one piece mount too , great for daytime use as well , I've made 3 purchases from OW and very happy with prices and service, very quick delivery so worth giving a shout out, I looked at clip ons but decided that for not too much more the Wulf was the way to go.

Kind words my friend, greatly appreciated. I've put out a couple of brief videos showing this unit shooting at day and night, hopefully I'll be out on the range shortly and get lots more footage showing the different zooms and features 👍👍👍👍

Nice Vice 😁That's funny, i did order a new ir scope today for on my .222rem foxing rifle. Hopefully i will get it home this week. I don't think i will use it on one of my air rifles because where i live exist no pest like rats, mice, gray squirrels and bunnies only the white polar hare and those don't cause any problems. I got myself a ir scope because i do want to keep it compact but you're right, those are expensive. I don't like therminal scopes. Ir give a way better and detailled image. A therminal spotter and shoot with ir is in my opinion the best choice. Thanks for showing.

Thanks for the comment as always mate. I was watching some Muntjac deer with just the clip on before I went home, they were about 100 metres away and I could see them clearly. Couldn't help to think the HT66 would be perfect on a foxing rifle. 👍👍👍

I have one mated to a compact immersive optics scope, excellent. I have had to dedicate a rifle just for night shooting with this setup because the scope needed to be really far forward to get a comfortable shooting position and without the add on night vision, the scope was too far away. Enjoyed another of your videos Vin, just my experience with this kit 👍🏻

Yup the clip on adds length and changes your cheek weld for sure. I was initially concerned that I may get scope eye using a springer but I'm happy to say my worry was not warrented. All in all it's a cracking little clip on 👍👍👍👍

Seriously buddy I'd recommend this very highly indeed. I'm notoriously tight with my pennies and wouldn't shell out money on junk. Don't know if you're UK based but if so I'd also recommend Optics Warehouse, these guys are quality, give excellent customer service and their prices are the best I can find 👍👍👍

Must say just in the few days I've had it I've been most impressed. It's seriously is very good night vision, same as anything be it a rifle, scope or anything else you can feel it's quality. Over the next couple of weeks I'll put it through its paces on the range and a bit of ratting and early morning squirrels 👍👍👍

Thanks for video, first of yours ive seen!! These clip ons are great. Ive got the pard 007a but i believe these are supposed to be as good if not better. The button layout is certainly better. (On the pard in the dark its easy to accidentally power off when looking to press the record button. ) With a cheap or premium vcsel illuminator, this will work im sure out to 300-400+m as my pard does. Not that i shoot that far but sometimes i have shot foxes out to 200 yds with the 223, theryre fantastically versatile as you can buy the bayonet fittings as you need them so you can go from air rifle to rimfires to centrefire as quick as changing a light bulb. I'd buy one if and when the pard packs up. The pard works very well with hawke scopes such as vantage, airmax and panorama, and nikko panamax's, have got a wulf 2-7 but not tried that one yet. Sure this would be the same.

Thanks for the comment buddy. In my humble opinion the image clarity is a bit better than the Pard plus it's more user friendly. Spot on for getting extra bayonet fittings 👍. I could clearly see Muntjac deer at 100 metres plus with the IR on lowest setting. Yup I'm a big fan of Hawke scopes and highly recommend them, however it's good to know there's a cheaper decent alternative out there with the Wulf scopes. 👍👍

@@vincentenglish8489 yes I got the wulf when I was after another air rifle scope, and noticed hawkes prices creeping up a little, I like the 2-7x32 ao for airgun use, never one for big bulky scopes with huge magnification. I've also got a vantage 2-7 and airmax 2-7, the airmax has the best glass but the other two are like for like and perfectly adequate scopes for vermin shooting. I actually prefer the wulf reticle to the vantage, I've just bought a pard adapter for it so will find out soon how the wulf is at night. You can't go wrong with the wulf at £50 as long as it holds zero, sure it will as it's probably made in the same factory as the hawkes knowing how things are these days....

Hello Vin, I'm guessing that the 'Zeroing' is still all in the Scope, & the addition of the NV. doesn't alter that? well not much, if at all.

Yup zeroing all done as normal with the scope. What I noticed was a one inch drop in the POI at 35m, however this could equally be the result of changing your shooting position or cheek weld 👍👍👍

Very true Robert, what a normal telescopic sight won't do however is record your footage if you wanted to record your hunting or target shooting session, then at a push of of button enable you to carry on in to darkness 😉👍👍👍

Can you not sharpen plane irons? Looks like every time your plane looses its edge you go out and buy a new one. Only joking pal enjoyed your video thanks. Your doors in your house must fit like a glove
