"The Shari Show" premiered on this day at 7:30 PM in 1975 and aired for two seasons. This children’s show was later syndicated, running in the afternoons after kids would get home from school. It featured all of Shari’s usual partners as well as new ones designed for this show.

    I have the complete series on a DVD set (“The Shari Lewis Collection,” released on Madacy Entertainment). Currently out of print, so good luck to those wanting to find it on eBay or wherever.

    In New York, WNBC-TV aired 'THE SHARI SHOW" once a month, on a weekday afternoon at 1pm {"just before nap time"} from 1975 through 1977.
